Terms of Service
Last updated: July 13, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Creator Office (the “Service”), operated by TCB PaVi LLC (“Creator Office,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. Beta and free access
The Service is currently offered free of charge during a beta period. Beta features may change, break, or be removed, and the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may introduce paid plans after the beta period. If we do, we will give beta members notice before any charges apply, and continued use after that notice constitutes acceptance of the applicable pricing terms.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Service (“Your Content”), including your portfolio, client data, projects, and invoices. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party rights;
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service;
- Access the Service through unauthorized means, or probe, scan, or test its security without permission;
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or work; or
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.
5. Certification and the UGCMA program
Certification is administered in partnership with UGCMA, the program’s credentialing authority. Enrollment, evaluation, and the award of any credential are subject to the program’s own requirements and decisions. We do not guarantee that you will pass certification or receive any particular outcome, and completing the program does not guarantee any business result.
6. Brand Deal Center
The Brand Deal Center is available to certified creators and lists opportunities from third-party brands. We do not employ you, guarantee any opportunity, brief, payment, or outcome, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a brand. Any engagement you accept is solely between you and the brand, and you are responsible for your own tax, legal, and contractual obligations.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party services (for example, sign-in providers and brands). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and the Creator Office name and logo, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without our prior written permission.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creator Office and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
