This Privacy Policy explains how TCB PaVi LLC, which operates Creator Office (“Creator Office,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website and application (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password (stored only as a salted hash by our authentication provider). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
- Profile and business data. Information you add while using the Service, such as your creator profile, portfolio, niches, clients and contacts, deals, projects, and invoices.
- Program interest submissions. If you register interest in the UGCMA program, we collect the email, name, social media handle, and niche you provide.
- Usage and device data. We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, including pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser type, and device information.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies to keep you signed in and to understand product usage. See “Cookies and analytics” below.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Create and secure your account and authenticate you;
- Respond to your requests and follow up on program interest;
- Understand how the Service is used so we can improve it;
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse;

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain and use information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
