This Privacy Policy explains how TCB PaVi LLC, which operates Creator Office (“Creator Office,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website and application (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password (stored only as a salted hash by our authentication provider). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
  • Profile and business data. Information you add while using the Service, such as your creator profile, portfolio, niches, clients and contacts, deals, projects, and invoices.
  • Program interest submissions. If you register interest in the UGCMA program, we collect the email, name, social media handle, and niche you provide.
  • Usage and device data. We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, including pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser type, and device information.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies to keep you signed in and to understand product usage. See “Cookies and analytics” below.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Create and secure your account and authenticate you;
  • Respond to your requests and follow up on program interest;
  • Understand how the Service is used so we can improve it;
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse;
  • Send you service-related communications; and
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers (subprocessors). We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf to run the Service, including cloud hosting, database and authentication, product analytics, error monitoring, and email delivery. These providers are bound by contract to protect your information.
  • UGCMA. If you enroll in the certification program, we share information necessary to administer your enrollment and credential with UGCMA, the program’s credentialing authority.
  • Brands. Information you choose to make public (such as your portfolio) or submit through a brand application in the Brand Deal Center may be shared with the relevant brand.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Creator Office, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, and a product analytics provider to understand aggregate usage of the Service. This helps us see which features are used and where the experience can improve. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain and use information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. 8. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International users

We operate the Service from, and use service providers located in, various countries. If you access the Service from outside those countries, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data-protection laws differ from those in your jurisdiction.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service.
